What are the Phenomenal Woman Awards?

Recognizes a high-school-aged girl who is a phenomenal woman in the making! She has learned how to embrace and address her self-worth, self-esteem, self-confidence and create a clear vision of herself. The recipient of this award will have a proven record of personal growth, challenging the status quo, and success in her own right.

The recipient of the Game Changer Award will have a proven record of stepping out of her comfort zone, breaking barriers, and pushing forth positive change that has influenced her profession, her community, and those around her.

The Phenomenal Woman of the Year Award is a prestigious honor that recognizes extraordinary women whose achievements contribute greatly to community advancement at the local, regional, or national level.  She exemplifies personal and professional excellence and consistent leadership as a role model and mentor for women and girls.  

The recipient is selected based on the following criteria:

• A woman with a track record of breaking down barriers and helping to create opportunities for women. 
• A courageous, fearless, unapologetic woman who exemplifies professionalism and mutual respect for others. 
• A woman in a position of leadership building and unifying communities that empower others to change the world. 
• A woman with a positive impact and deepening awareness on her own sense of the three Phenomenal Woman Academy pillars of self-worth, self-esteem, and self-confidence. 
• A woman who leads the charge promoting and empowering women as leaders, innovators, visionaries, pioneers, and entrepreneurs. 
• A woman who understands the importance of speaking and acting in the spirit of partnership, collaboration, and sisterhood.
