CJ holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and a master’s degree in project management, in addition to multiple leadership and professional certifications. Pursuing her Doctoral degree in Strategic Leadership focusing on Executive Coaching uniquely positions CJ as a thought leader capable of shaping the future of leadership with communities and organizations.
