Our empowering programs help women and girls reconnect with their voice, reclaim their worth, and rise with clarity and confidence. From teens navigating the world around them to adults rebuilding their self-belief, our signature experiences are designed to do more than inspire, as they activate personal transformation that is carried into classrooms, workplaces, and communities.

ConfidentlyMe! (for teens)

• What it is: A structured seven-step journey that builds bold, authentic confidence using proven strategies and peer support
• Outcomes: Increase in self-efficacy, stronger emotional resilience, clarity of identity and personal worth, improved goal-setting, and foundation setting in PWA's Triplet Theory (self-worth, self-esteem, and self-confidence).

Empower-HER (for adults)

• What it is: A guided journey through the nine core saboteurs of confidence, paired with practical strategies and reflective tools to rebuild a grounded sense of worth and presence. 
• Outcomes: Unearths hidden confidence saboteurs; unlocks strengths & personal vision; transforms thought patterns into positive action; builds consistent self-empowerment routines; and creates tangible confidence outcomes.

In addition to our signature programs, we partner with schools, nonprofits, churches, and companies to design customized sessions that meet the unique needs of your audience. Our ConfidentlyMe! Signature Program is designed  to empower you to step into your boldest, most authentic self. Over the course of 90 days, you’ll work through a proven seven-step confidence framework  that helps you close the gaps in self-worth, self-esteem, and self-confidence, the “triplets”  that shape every aspect of your personal and professional life.

Signature Program in action, as a holistic journey where  each spoke builds upon the last, creating momentum for your growth. Each step is designed to  challenge, inspire, and empower you to rise into your full potential 

These seven steps aren’t just random. They are built from the insights and voices of over 500 women  who shared their journeys through our Confidence Assessment.
